On December 13, 2005 a new Health Center opened in the Third Ward area. This clinic is a satellite of Central Houston Community Health Center. Patients will receive the benefits of a Federally Qualified Health Center with a federal mandate to provide care regardless of ability to pay. We also participate with several insurance plans to include: TMHP, Amerigroup, Community Health Choice, Medicare, Medicare HMO’s, StarDent, Dental Quest and other private insurances.

Hours of Operation
Monday & Wednesday — 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday & Thursday — 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

Third Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm
