The original location on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd opened its doors to the community in 1992.  Central Care Community Health Center has been serving the target population for more than ten years.

Monday & Wednesday — 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday & Thursday — 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
Friday – 8:00 am – 12:00 noon
Second & Fourth Saturday of each month
