Central Care Community Health Center provides preventative and acute medical care regardless of the patient’s ability to pay. We do, however, accept many forms of health insurance.

Central Care Community Health Center accepts Medicaid as well as private health insurance (as an out-of-network provider). Also, ask how we can become your Medicare Part D provider.

The minimum office visit copay is $30.00.
